Satisfactory stay
beautiful design efficient service high quality
The lobby had a beautiful design. The room cleaning service was efficient. Toiletries were of high quality.
The location is convenient to public transport. The interior design is interesting. The Christmas decorations are nice to look at. Staff members were helpful.
The room did not have a mini bar stocked with snacks. I found this unusual. The gym is not well equipped and the soft furnishings had stains. The pillows were not comfortable. They felt thin and lumpy.
The buffet breakfast had many options for all tastes. I appreciated the gluten-free choices. Staff members were helpful. Rubica was especially attentive at lunch and she provided wonderful service.
The gym had limited equipment. The 'spa' was not recently renovated. Soft furnishings were limited and dirty. Shutters for the window did not fit properly in my room. It did not provide expected blackout.
